Never two without three! The Rotondes are opening their unusual children’s book library once again – and for the last time. In the exhibition AB / Augmented Books, the books are not simply meant to be read; they are waiting to be brought to life.

The moon throws itself at visitors’ feet, the Sandman’s daughter ventures into the virtual night, and stories spill out of the pages with the reader’s complicity. Thanks to the inventiveness of the authors, sometimes just a single gesture – a pencil stroke, a pair of scissors, a swipe of a finger – is enough to rediscover and multiply the pleasure of reading. A pleasure that extends far beyond paper, onto tablets and into ingenious participatory installations.
